The Residence Mietta is a new building situated on a flat territory in the locality of Caletta di Castiglioncello, which is located at a short distance from the sea. The compound consists of 5 buildings with 5/6 apartments each. All of them are spacious, well furnished and refined with first-rate materials: Tv, balcony or patio with table, chairs and a private garden. In addition, there are private garages in the basement, exclusively run by the residence's management (booked with an extra charge). The residence, surrounded by well kept gardens and large green areas, offers a new and elegant environment, at a short distance from all the facilities.

Spacious and very well furnished, equipped with Tv, situated either on ground floor or on first floor, always equipped with private garden, patio or balcony.

2 room apartment 4 beds (Bilo 4): large living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.

3 room apartment 6 beds (Trilo 6): like the 2room ap. with an additional double room.

4 room apartment 8 beds (Quadri 8): large living room with double sofa bed, separate kitchenette, double room, twin room, room with bunk beds, bathroom.

Unattended car parking, private garages (on request with charge).  Tariff agreement with the beach establishment, “Il Garagolo” ( In the closest beach to the structure) with beach umbrellas, lawn chairs and beach beds (payment on the spot, to be notified in the reservation). In the town center, one can find various facilities such as markets, pizzerias, restaurants, coffee shops, Chemist's shops, discos, medical services and so on.
At 32 km, the "The Tuscan Amusement Park" Il Cavallino Matto (Crazy Horse) with the convenience of purchasing tickets at a discounted price directly from the Residence.

SPORT: Nearby tennis courts, five-a-side football fields, bowling greens. On the beach water sports, renting of boats and pedal boats. In addition, there is a possibility to have organized excursions with a guide on the road or in the wood with your own bicycle. (In agreement with a riding school). Tariff agreement with horseriding school.

Allowed small pets, on request and with extra charge.

Check-in/check-out: Sat. 5-8 p.m./Sat. 10 a.m.

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS (to be paid on site)

Additional charges (compulsory over 2 years of age): € 35,00 per person per week for assistance on site, the use of electricity/water/gas and the final cleaning (kitchenette has to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise there will be an extra charge of € 30,00)

Deposit against damage: € 100,00 per apartment.
