Le Residenze dei Pungenti - Castiglioncello - Tuscany

Le Residenze dei Pungenti are refined apartments in the ( località) of Caletta di Castiglioncello, a few mt away from the centre and the turist harbour and just a walk away from the sea. The apartments can be on the ground or first floor of the modern buildings, all well fournished, with Tv and parking place, and with either terrace or garden with tables and chairs (perfect to eat outside).

All newly built with modern furnishings are equipped with TV and parking space, they are on the ground floor with garden and little balcony or on first and second floors, some with small balcony with table and chairs.

 Bilo 4: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.

Trilo 6: living room with sofa bed, kitchenette or kitchen, double bedroom, double room with low beds or bunk beds), bathroom.

Quadri 8: are located on the second floor and arranged over two floors inside. Have a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom; upstairs there is the attic room, two double bedrooms and second bathroom. The attic is equipped with air conditioning (included in rates).
 

In the town center, one can find various facilities such as markets, pizzerias, restaurants, coffee shops, chemist's shop, discos, medical services and so on.
In the sea area which is the closest to the structure, there is an agreement with the beach establishment, “Il Garagolo” with beach umbrellas, lawn chairs and beach beds (payment on the spot, to be notified in the reservation). Nearby you can find the turist harbour of "Cala dei Medici" with boats rent, sailing school and the possibility of excursioning in the tuscan archipelago.
At 32 km, the "The Tuscan Amusement Park" Il Cavallino Matto (Crazy Horse) with the convenience of purchasing tickets at a discounted price directly from the Residence.

SPORT: Nearby Tennis courts, bowling green, football pitch. With charge excursions with guides on the roads or throught the woods on bicycle. tariff agreement with a rearby horseriding school. On the beach water sports, boats rent, pedalò etc.

Check in/out: Saturday from 5 pm to 8 pm/ Saturday by 10 am.

Period: "A/B/C": Free check in/out Min. 3 nights

Please note! that to enjoy the promotions of the "Advance booking (promo and light)", the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking.

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS ( to be paid on site)

Additional charges ( mandatory over 2 years of age): € 35,00 per person per week for assistance in site, Light/water/gas, Tv in the apartment and final Cleaning. (The kitchenette has to be cleaned by the clients otherwise an extra € 30,00 will be charged)

Deposit against damage: € 100,00 per apartment

Cradle: € 35,00 ( max 1 per apartment, if brought by the clients no extra charge)

Extra Bed: 10% supplement.
