THE BUILDING
Situated near the "Poggio d'Oro", in a green and quiet area, at a short distance from the lively town of Castiglione. The residence is a complex made of terraced little villas, where the apartments are to be found, furnished in a simple yet functional way.

APARTMENTS:
Equipped with terrace and small garden with barbecue.
3 room ap. 6 beds: situated on two floors with living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed and garden on ground floor. On first floor double room, room with two single beds, bathroom.

FACILITIES:
In the town centre you can find: shops, restaurants and every kind of facilities.
SPORT:
In the town of Castiglione possibility of practising many sports: tennis, basketball, five-a-side football, etc. On the beach aquatic sports.

Not allowed.

LONG HOLIDAY 7 = 5 days: for arrivals until 27/05 (included) and after 16/09

Check-in/check-out: Saturday 4-6 p.m./ Sat.10 a.m.

Deposit: Euro 100 per apartment.

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
Use of electricity/water/gas: E. 26 per apartment per week
Final cleaning: E. 31 per apartment
