THE BUILDING
The brand new complex is situated in a privileged position on a plain ground of about 45.000 sqm, in front of the path that leads to a large,old pine-wood in a park, through which you can reach the sea. The Village is divided into apartments in the Residence at the border of the structure, and "Villette" distributed in small complexes in a large area where well kept gardens alternate with pretty connecting paths.The modern structure, equipped with every comfort, is in a good position, giving the chance to reach not only the most famous art cities of Tuscany, but also the surrounding hills with little Medieval towns and their traditions.

RESIDENCE:
Situated in the large well-kept garden, with a big equipped veranda to have outdoor meals. Furnished with taste, provided with air conditioning, Tv Sat and telephone.
1 room ap. 4 beds (mq 25): living room with kitchenette, single sofa bed and pull-out bed, sleeping area with double bed, bathroom.
2 room ap. 6 beds (mq. 50): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room and single sofa bed with second pull-out bed, bathroom.
VILLETTE:
With accomodation in two-floor buildings at the border of the village near the main facilities, offering modernly furnished and equipped apartments, provided with air conditioning, Tv Sat and telephone.
2 room ap. 5 beds (mq 30): living room with kitchenette and single bed with 2nd pull-out bed, double room and single bed, bathroom.
3 room ap. 6 beds (mq 36): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, room with two single beds, bathroom.

FACILITIES:
Shopping centre: restaurant, pizzeria, bar with videogames, markets, kiosk, bazaar, launderette, playground; entertainment, evening shows, piano bar, car park. Renting of bicycles and motorcycles with charge. In high season a minibus will take every day the guests up to the nearest beaches. In the town centre of Cecina Mare you can find many facilities such as pharmacies, discotheques, ice cream parlours, doctors, etc.
SPORT:
Semiolympic swimming pool with hydromassage, sport area with two tennis courts, one of which for basketball/volleyball, ping-pong; possibility of swimming, tennis, surf and scuba diving courses. On the beach possibility of practising all aquatic sports such as canoeing, sailing, etc.

Villette: Allowed of small size.

7=6 for stays until 19/06, from 26/06 to 03/07 and from 28/08.
LONG HOLIDAY: 10% Discount for stays min 3 weeks from 26/06 to 21/08.
10% DISCOUNT: for the weeks 31/07 - 07/08 and 21/08 - 28/08 if combined with the previous or the following one.

Beginning and end of stay: Saturday/Saturday, Arrivals from 5 to 9 pm, departures by 10 am.
chance to stay less than a week: Periods A/B (min. 3 nights, Easter min. 4 nights).

Holiday without limits: 2 mono in Residence, 6 bilo in Villette under EEC are subsidized for people with disabilities.

Easly Reached: 1 km pharmacy, medical service at 3 km. Shooting at 350 mt., Riding at 500 mt., Windsurfing at 2.5 km.

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on the spot):
Deposit: € 200 (in cash), mandatory, refundable.
Club card: compulsory, of € 28 (€ 7 per day, maximum € 28) until the 19/6 and from the 04/9, € 35 In all other periods, per person from 4 years, per week.

Pets: E. 65 per week only in the villettas
Cradle 0/2: (max. 1 per apartment) E. 5 per day (It includes baby chair and basinette. - no extra charge if brought by the clients)

Club Card are included in semi-Olympic swimming pool for children and adults, 2 tennis courts, playground, gym, beach tennis, beach volleyball.
From the 19/6 to the 04/9: daytime and evening entertainement with archery, games, tournaments and shows, Mini Club 4/9 years at fixed times.
For a Fee: 1 synthetic soccer field, 1 grass football, night-time use of tennis, bike hire.
