Residence Corte dei Tusci ★★ - Follonica - Tuscany

The Maremman's coast is a succession of long sandy beaches bordering the lush pine forests, small coves and rocky ravines. Bathed by a clear sea, sheltered by hills, it enjoys a mild climate all year round with springs that will melt in long sunny summers. Right on the beach, really, “pieds dans l'eau” this great property offers two types of accomodation: Formula hotel with rooms in the main two story building or on the first floor in the pine forest by the “Piccola Corte”, and Formula Residence composed of small buildings set in pinewood with self-catering apartments and rooms called "Little Court" where the apartments are distributed (studios and 2 rooms apartments on the ground floor or 1st floor). Also in this area two typical "cabane", wood-paneled, with 5 studios with 3 beds, well located, in front of the sea, that reflect the comfort features of the entire residence.
The two structures are separated by only 380 meters, not linked by internal passage, and both near the sea and the coast. The two complexes are connected along the main road, with footpath protected by guardrails, or through the beach. Center: Follonica 2 km . Station: FS Follonica 3.5 km.

Apartments:
The apartments are all equipped with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, Tv and safe.
Studio 2 beds - Mono 2 (22 sqm): large terrace or patio, living room with double bed or double sofa bed.
Studio 3 / 4 beds - Mono 3/4 (23/26 sqm): large terrace or patio, living room with sofa bed or double bed and 3 single bed. The studio is equipped with a 4° bunk bed.
The apartments located in the "Cabane" with a double bed, but do not have a patio but a balcony outside.
2 rooms apartment 5 beds - Bilo 5 (sqm 44): 2 large furnished terraces or patios, living room with sofa bed or double bed, room with 2 beds or double bed + 1 single bed, two bathrooms.

Services ( all the main services are by the Hotel at 380mt.):
Reception 24/7, hall with reading and Tv lounges, air-conditioned restaurant with covered terrace and tables set up to 8 persons ( that requires prior reservation and the chance if available to buy the Carnet meals). Air-conditioned indoors bar and pool bar by the hotel's area. At the Residence I Tusci small kiosk bar at fixed times and also available 2 coin washing machines, little playground in the pine wood, uncovered and unguarded Car park, Bicycle rent. Grocery stores, pharmacy and doctor in nearby Follonica to 2 km . Optional Beach service (from 06/06 to 19/09) in private beach (to book and pay on site - includes 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per unit).
Sports:
Two swimming pools (one of which for children), table tennis, archery. Beach canoes, windsurfing.

Pets: Allowed ( not in the hotel's or communal's areas)

SAVE 10%: on the week 21/08-28/08 if combined with the next.
EARLY BOOKING: Discount 15% for stays from 24/07 to 07/08 (minimum 7 days), even on single week.

The apartments in "Cabane" are assigned by management directly on the day of arrival, but it is possible to mention your preference when booking.

Club Card (compulsory from 4 years from 29/05 to 18/09): welcome drink, access to 2 swimming pool (1 of them for children) with solarium. Ping-pong, bowling, darts, use of beach volley, use of canoes and windsurfing on reservation, muscle toning, water aerobics, aerobics, salsa and merengue and village's dance. Day entertainment with games, tournaments, group lessons for swimming, archery and canoeing. Evening entertainment with shows and cabarets and late evenings at the piano bar. Mini Club 4 / 12 years and junior club 12/16 years at fixed times. Other  than the swimming pools, the areas od the evenings entertainament are by the Hotel; Gaming activities and sports can instead be carried out either by the Hotel or the Residence.
