Hotel Corte Dei Tusci ★★★★ - Follonica - Tuscany

The Maremman's coast is a succession of long sandy beaches bordering the lush pine forests, small coves and rocky ravines. Bathed by a clear sea, sheltered by hills, it enjoys a mild climate all year round with springs that will melt in long sunny summers. Right on the beach, really, “pieds dans l'eau”  this great property offers two types of accomodation: Formula hotel with rooms in the main two story building or on the first floor in the pine forest by the “Piccola Corte”. The two structures are separated by only 380 meters, not linked by internal passage, and both near the sea and the coast. The two complexes are connected along the main road, with footpath protected by guardrails, or through the beach. Center: Follonica 2 km . Station: FS Follonica 3.5 km.

Formula Hotel - Built in traditional Tuscan style and painted with the colors of old farmhouses, it consists of a central two story building where there can be found the rooms with patio or spacious terrace, facing towards the sea or the fresh pine forest. The “Piccola Corte”, in the more secluded area of the Residence, provides rooms with the same comforts of the hotel ( but a little smaller_ max 3 beds).

The rooms in the hotel have private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, Tv, mini fridge, individual safe. eventualy 3rd and 4th bed. Rooms in the 'Piccola Corte" have all the conforts of the others, but are a bit' smaller, and can't provide 4th bed. All main meals are served in the hotel's Restaurant, though breakfast can also be found at the kiosk bar in the residence with hot drinks and crispy croissant. With a doposit the Hotel's guests, have beach towels available with weekly change ( midweek change € 2,00 per towel). The hotel has 6 rooms and 4 apartments in the residence to meet EEC standards for people with disabilities.

SERVICES:
By the Hotel: Reception 24/7, hall with reading and Tv lounges, air-conditioned restaurant with covered terrace and tables set up to 8 persons (meals with rich buffet with plenty of water and wine included; early opening for the 2 main meals for mothers and small children of the “baby-corner" . Also available 1 microwave oven, hot plate, bottle warmers and baby seats. Available daily: vegetable soup or beans, vegetable or meat broth, rice or semolina cream, fresh pasta and sauce, yogurt, fresh fruit (baby food not included). Air-conditioned indoors bar and pool bar by the hotel's area.
By the Residence: small kiosk bar at fixed times and also available 2 coin washing machines. Grocery stores, pharmacy and doctor in nearby Follonica to 2 km . Optional Beach service (from 06/06 to 19/09) in private beach (to book and pay on site - includes 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per unit).
SPORTS:
Two swimming pools (one of which for children), table tennis, archery. Beach canoes, windsurfing.

Pets: Small pet allowed only by the “Piccola Corte” and residence (excluding common areas).

Early booking: 1 child 0 / 8 years in 3 ° bed with 2 adults FREE in all periods. The offer is valid for bookings confirmed before 01 / 7 for stays from 29/8. Possible 4th bed discount as in the price list.

Stay: Saturday services begin with lunch, check-in after 4 pm / check-out (breakfast included ) on Saturday before 10.00. Any requests for a stay that begins with dinner on request when booking.
Period A: from the 02/04 to the 27/05 and from the 03/10 to the 02/11 granted opening of the Hotel during the weekend (Fri / Mon): Euro 70 per person in bed and breakfast.
Period B: possible upon request of stays beginnig during the week and for less than 7 nights.

Pets (allowed only in Residence and Small Court): E. 35 mono (E. 55 if in two rooms Apartment) per stay payable locally.
Double single use: surcharge of 35% until the 06/8 and from the 28/8, 50% from the 07/8 to the 27/8.
Room with Sea View: Surcharge of E. 13 till the 02/7 and from 21/8, E. 18 from  the 03/7 to the 20/8.
Half Board: reduction E. 8 until the 11/6 and from 11/9, not available in other periods.
Cradle 0/3: conditions as per pice table; chance to rent the cradle for E. 42 a week, to report during booking and to pay on site (free of charge if the customer's).
Beach service:
Hotel E. 98 per week (1 umbrella + 2 sun beds per unit).
Residence and Small Court E. 84 per week (1 umbrella + 2 sun beds per unit).
Club Card per person per week (compulsory from the 29/05 to the 17/09): E. 38 adults (E. 28 children 4/12 years) includes all that's written  under the Tessera Club entry. For accommodation in rooms by the "small court" and in the  apartments with kitchenette, reduction of E. 3 per person per week.
Possibility of accommodation in one room Apartments with kitchenette: Upon request, Supplement of E. 7 day per apartment on Little Court fee  to be paid to the Agency.

Club Card (compulsory from 4 years from 29/05 to 18/09): Welcome drink, access to 2 swimming pool (1 of them for children) with solarium. Ping-pong, bowling, darts, use of beach volley, use of canoes and windsurfing on reservation, muscle toning, water aerobics, aerobics, salsa and merengue and village's dance. Day entertainment with games, tournaments, group lessons for swimming, archery and canoeing. Evening entertainment with shows and cabarets and late evenings at the piano bar. Mini Club 4 / 12 years and junior club 12/16 years at fixed times. Other than the swimming pools, the areas od the evenings entertainament are by the Hotel; Gaming activities and sports can instead be carried out either by the Hotel or the Residence.
