THE BUILDING
The Multiproperty I Boboli is situated in a quiet and panoramic position, overlooking the touristic port of Punta Ala, facing the Isle of Elba. Considering its position, the complex offers a fine holiday in an area where the sea is very limpid, where white sandy beaches alternate with wonderful cliffs.The touristic centre consists of different buildings, surrounded by pine-woods and typical vegetation, with apartments all well furnished and equipped with various comforts. The sea and the port are easy to reach descending a flight of steps which also leads to the shopping centre. Free sandy beach from 300 to 500 mt, bathing centre at about 700 mt.

APARTMENTS:
Situated on different levels, fully furnished in a functional way, provided with Tv, equipped terrace or garden.
1 room ap. 2 beds (Mono 2): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom.
1 room ap. 4 beds (Mono 4S): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom, hanging loft with two beds and additional bathroom with shower.
2 room ap. 4 beds (Bilo 4S): living room with two beds, kitchenette, double room, bathroom.
3 room ap. 6 beds (Trilo 6S): living room with 2 beds, kitchenette, double room, small double room (sometimes with bunk beds), two bathrooms.
4 room ap. 7 beds (Quadri 7S): living room with single sofa bed, kitchenette, double room, small double room (with bunk beds), two bathrooms, hanging loft with two beds and additional bathroom.

FACILITIES:
Private car park with parking spaces available in the garage below. In the shopping centre you can find markets, restaurants, bars, self-service, boutiques, boat, motorboat and car rental. In the nearby discotheque, pharmacy, medical centre, laundry, bank, post office.
SPORT:
Various sports available, in addition to a golf course with 18 holes, horse riding school, tennis courts and minigolf.

Deposit: E. 150 per apartment.

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Use of electricity/water/gas (compulsory over 3 years old): E. 25 per person per week
Final cleaning (kitchenette has to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise there will be an extra charge of E. 30): E. 60 type M2 - E. 65 type M4S/B4 - E. 70 type B5S/T6 - E. 75 type T7S

Bed/bathroom/table linen: E. 15 per person (with weekly change)
Parking space in the garage: E. 50 per week
