Punta Ala is one of the most exlusive Turists Resort of the Tyrrhenian Coast ( it once was the base of operation of the Luna Rossa), of the postwar period: situated in a large pinewood, it offers It's guests well kept gardens and always clean roads and avenues. The harbour ( till 900 boats) offers the chance of renting boats, yachts, motor boats with or without sailor. The golf course, one of the biggest of Europe, is often host of important international competitions.  

The Apartments have reception, 12mt x 12mt swimming pool, car park (private, outside and fenced max 1 per apartment), Tv color, air conditioning (2 Bilo are equipped with ceiling fan instead), some of them with washing machine and dish washer to be requested at the reservation and with extra charge on site.  

Bilo 2/4 - 2 rooms apartment with 2/4 beds Type A: 28/31 Mq ca. lodge and little garden on the ground foor or balcony on first floor, living room with dining area, double sofa-bed, kitchenette, double room, bathroom with shower. No air-conditioning.

Bilo 2/6 "type C" - 2 rooms apartment with 2/6 beds:  35 mq ca. Lodge,  little  garden, living room with dining area, kitchenette, double sofa-bed, single room   ( or with bunk beds for the 6° person), bathroom with shower.  ( 2/5/6 beds 4 adults + 1 or 2 children)

Trilo 2/6 "type D" - 3 rooms apartment with 2/6 beds: 39 mq ca. Lodge, big garden, living room with dining area, Kitchenette and double sofa-bed. double room, twin room, bathroom with shower. (2/6 beds  4 adults + 2 children)

Nearby available services: 5 minutes walk to reach the Mall with market, chemist shop,  boutique, news papers, bank, restaurants, bar, disco, launderette, post office, medical aid etc.
Cars, boats, motor boats rental.

The Beach: White Sandy beach is at ca. 200 mt, just across the road and through the pinewood. price agreement with the Bathing Establishment. Free beach nearby.

Sport: Golf course, minigolf, horse riding school, Tennis courts, water sports.

€ 350,00 for 3 nights in Trilo 2/6, extra night € 80,00, Final cleaning € 70,00.

For Stays of less then a week a min. 3 days worth of the weekly price + a 10% surcharge will be required.

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS (to be paid on site)

Final Cleaning: Bilo A and B € 60,00; Bilo C € 65,00; Trilo D € 70,00. (The kitchenette has to be cleaned by the guests otherwise an extra € 25,00 will be charged).

Deposit against damage: Euro 200,00 per apartment ( it will be given back after the apartment has been checked)


OPTIONAL SERVICES (to be paid on site)

Cradle: € 50,00 per week on request.(linen not available)

Extra Bed: not available.

Bedroom linen and towels: (to be requested during the reservation) € 13 per person per change (kitchen towels not available)

Washing machine/Dish washer: (to be requested during the reservation) € 50,00 per week per appliance.

Pets: Allowed of small size € 50,00 per week (the client has the duty to clean after his pet and has to keep him/her away from the swimming pool and always by his side inside the residence).
