THE BUILDING
The Touristic Centre Riva degli Etruschi is immersed in a wonderful private park of old trees bordering with a long sandy beach, 2 km from the lively town of San Vincenzo. The big complex offers two kinds of accomodation: the Hotel formula that provides accomodation in rooms situated in little villas among the park around the main facilities; the Residence formula providing accomodation in little villas for 4/6 persons situated in the park, or in beautiful villas for 6 persons, recently built, from which an underpass reaches directly the beach.

ROOMS:
Completely renovated, situated in little villas at a maximum distance of 200 mt from the sea; equipped with Sat Tv, safe, aeration, heating, minibar, telephone, bathroom with hairdryer and private car park. Private equipped beach with 1 beach umbrella + 1 deckchair and 1 sunbed included in rates (1 additional deckchair for triple room).

FACILITIES:
Restaurant, American bar, self-service, snack bar by the swimming pool, 2 snack bars with terrace on the sea, meeting room; shopping centre with bazaar, market, boutiques, hairdresser's, cash dispenser. Miniclub 5/12 years of age, evening entertainment and recreational activities from 14/05 to 08/10. Restaurant La Veranda, Bar, meeting room, Wellness Centre, private car-park inside the resort. During the summer: private beach, swimming pool, pizzeria and self service restaurant.
SPORT:
3 swimming pools for adults and children, five-a-side football field, basketball/volleyball court, ping-pong. With charge clay tennis courts, sailing school, windsurf, catamaran, water-skiing, swimming courses

LONG HOLIDAY:
20% discount on the 2nd week from 01/01 to 26/07 20% of the price for the second week or following, for stays of a fortnight or longer.
25% discount on the 2nd week from 30/08 to 31/12 25% of the price for the second week or following, for stays of a fortnight or longer.
30% discount from 26/07 to 02/08:30% of the price for week 26/07 to 02/08, for stays of a fortnight or longer.
