Residence Miramare
Recently built, the Residence Miramare is located in the lively town centre of Tirrenia, a few mt away from the main square. The Residence is situated in a Pinewood just a walk away from the white sandy beach on Pisa's Coastline in the beach establishment "Miramare". The complex consist of a main building where you can find a little hall, a bar, a tv-room and a laundry. All around the main building there can be found the apartments all on the ground floor with private entrance and garden and all linked to the main Compound by a walkway.
The Residence is the perfect destination for all who dream of a relaxing stay by the beach but with the advantage of beeing able to visit the immense historical- artistic Tuscany heritage, such as many arts centres, the well-know Versilia and fist of all Pisa.
In fact Tirrenia, is not so far from the renowned Leaning Tower, is very close to Pisa Airport, to Leghorn seaport, to tollgate and also to the regional highway that links Florence, Pisa and Livorno.
Rooms/Apartments
Located at the ground floor and equipped with a loft, they are spacious and elegantly furnished. In every apartments you can find a Tv, a safe, early warning system, telephone interconnecting with the hall, internet connection and air conditioned. In addition you can find a private garden equipped with cairs and table so you can eat outside.
Two-room apartments 4/5 Beds (Bilo 4/5): Living room with cooking corner, a bedroom with twin or double sofa bed, loft with double bed and chair-bed, toilet.
Three-rooms apartments 6/7 Beds (Trilo6/7): living room with cooking corner, a bedroom with double or twin sofa bed, a twin room, loft with tdouble bed and chair-bed, toilet.
Services & Facilities
Little hall, a bar, a tv-room, a laundry and a private parking. Others services offered by the area : restaurants, bars, children’s playpen, sports clubs, nightclubs and area dedicated to musical entertainment in the evenings (from the 30.06 to the 31.08). On the Beach by the Miramare beach establishment (open from the 19.05 to the 30.09) available deck-chairs and beach umbrellas.
In Tirrenia: Market, bars, ice cream parlors, pizzerie, restaurants, newspaper stands, Tabacchi, pubs, Discos, medical centre, health centres etc.
At 75 km, the "The Tuscan Amusement Park" Il Cavallino Matto (Crazy Horse) with the convenience of purchasing tickets at a discounted price directly from the Residence.
SPORTS: Table Tennis, football pitch, beach volley, aquarobics ( free of charge) electronic games ( with charge). On the beach pedalo rent. Tariff agreement with nearby golf course.

Allowed of small size on request with extra charge (not on the beach and in the common areas)

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS ( to be paid on site)
Additional charges ( mandatory over 4 years of age): € 65,00 per person per week and it includes Beach service from the 19/05 to the 30/09 by the Bathing Establishment Miramare ( 1 parasol + 2 deck-chirs for the Bilo, 2 parasols + 4 deck-chairs for the Trilo, It's not guarantied the line of the parasol on the beach), use of water, light, gas, Bed and Bathroom linen with weekly change, Tv and safe in the apartment, n° 1 place in the private parking, Final cleaning (The kitchenette has to be cleaned by the clients, Otherwise an extra 30,00 € will be charged)
Deposit against damage: € 150,00 per apartment
OPTIONAL SERVICES ( to be requested during the reservation and paid on site)
Air Conditioning: € 40,00 for the Bilo - € 50,00 for the Trilo
Midweek Bedroom and Bathroom linen change: € 16,00 per person per change
