THE BUILDING
Good level modern complex, the Continental is situated in the lively town centre of Tirrenia, a few walk from the Grand Hotel Continental where some services are provided, directly on the large sandy beach, at a short distance from the most important facilities and activities of the seaside resort. The complex consist of 2 buildings with 50 apartments all well equipped and furnished.

Situated on ground, first or second floor, are all furnished with taste and equipped with sat Tv, air conditioning, low beds (not bunk beds). In addition the apartments have patio or terrace equipped in order to have meals in the open air.

1 room 3 beds ap. (Mono 3): living room with kitchenette and single chair-bed, indipendent sleeping area with doublebed, patio or terrace, bathroom( sometimes with bidet).

1 room 4 beds ap. (Mono 4): living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, indipendent sleeping area with double or twin beds, patio or terrace, bathroom.

2 room 4 beds ap. (Bilo 4): situated on one or two levels, they consists of living room with kitchenette, double sofa-bed, double room, patio or terrace, bathroom.

2 room 4 beds ap. (Bilo A4): situated on one or two levels, they consists of living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.

3 room 6 beds ap. (Trilo 6): situated on one or two levels, they consists of living room with kitchenette, double sofa-bed, double room, twin room with low beds, patio or terrace, bathroom.

Reception, launderette, restaurant, bar, private car park, gym, children's playground, wi-fi.
At 75 km, the "The Tuscan Amusement Park" Il Cavallino Matto (Crazy Horse) with the convenience of purchasing tickets at a discounted price directly from the Residence.

SPORT: 2 swimming pools for adults and children (from 12/05 to 23/09), equipped beach with beach umbrella, chairs and deckchairs; restaurant, bar, self-service, various acquatic sports on the beach. Nearby possibility of horse riding, golf, athletics and jogging in the big pine-wood of Tirrenia.

CLUB CARD (compulsory over 4 years old from 09/06 to 08/09):
Includes wellcome drink with presentation of the weekly programmes, tennis and sports tournements, day games, cabaret, evening entertainement, shows, use of canoes, windsurf (limited availability), Beach-volley, french bowling, billiard, ping-pong. Mini club for children 4/10 years old, organised by a qualified staff at fixed hours and private children's playground. In addition equipped beach with 1 beach umbrella + 2 deck-chairs per apartment included.

Small pets allowed (excluding communal rooms).

Check-in/check-out: Saturday 5-8 p.m./Sat. 10 a.m.

Free Check-in/check-out: period "A/B/C" (min. 3 nights)

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS ( to be paid on site)

Addutional charges: € 40,00 per person per week for the use of electricity/water/gas, Bed and bath linen (with weekly change), Tv, the use of the Swimming pool, fitmess area, playground area, 1 private parking place and the final cleaning (kitchenette has to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise there will be an extra charge of € 30,00)

Club Card (compulsory over 4 years old from 09/06 to 08/09): € 37,00 per person per week - (See Club Card heading)

Deposit against damage: € 100,00 per apartment.
