Spreard in the center of this well known and elegant seaside resort of Versilia, which stretches along the coast flanked by a magnificent and large pine forest. Behind it the beautiful scenery of the Apuan Alps, Mountains that rise up to 2000 meters in height and that give variety to the landscape. The cottages may be detached or multi-family, decorated with different styles, but all of good standard. All villas have entrance, garden and private parking.

From 600 to 3000 meters from the sea. All have entrance, garden and parking space independently, are decorated to the taste of the owner, have bathroom with bath or shower.

Villa 4 beds: living room with kitchenette, 1 double room, 1 twin or double room, bathroom.

Villa 6 beds: living room with kitchenette, 1 double room, 2 double or twin rooms, bathroom.

Villa DS 8 beds: living room with kitchenette, 1 double room, 3 double or twin rooms, two bathrooms.

Guests can enjoy the many different services. Elegant shops and boutiques, cafes, restaurants and numerous nightclubs. Guests can practice all kinds of sports, including golf with 18 holes.

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS (To be paid on site):

Use of electricity / water / gas, bed linen changed weekly and final cleaning: € 100,00 per week for Villa 4 - € 120,00 per week for Villa 6 - € 150,00 per week for Villa 8.

Deposit against damage: € 200,00 per villa.


OPTIONAL SERVICES (To be request during the reservation and paid on site):

Heating: € 60,00 per week in Villa 4 - € 75,00 per week in Villa 6 - € 100,00 per week in Villa 8.

Kitchen and bathroom linen: not available.

Cradle: € 30,00 per week.
