Located in the heart of Versilia, Marina di Pietrasanta is famous for its seaside resort residential area surrounded by green gardens, pine forests and Mediterranean scrub, with its many seaside resorts scattered along the fully equipped beachs. The property is arranged on three floors and incorporated in the immediate vicinity of a quiet and green area, surrounded by the most beautiful private villas in Versilia.

Arranged on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor, are furnished with taste and functionality and feature a microwave, air conditioning (on request when booking), Tv and telephone. Apartments are available for disabled guests.

Bilocale 4 letti - 2 rooms Apartments with 4 beds: If the apartments are located on the 1st or 2nd floor they have a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom, balcony.

If the apartments are located on the 3rd floor, they are internally arranged on two levels: the upper floor (accessed by a small staircase) living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, small balcony, downstairs doubleroom and bathroom.

Reception, bar with tables, elevator, air conditioning, internal parking space. In the center of the town there can be found services of all kinds.

SPORTS: Swimming pool (from 15 / 5 to 20/10). On the beach various water sports.

Allowed, not in the communal areas, of small size with extra charge.

Stay: Saturday 17-20 / Saturday 10.

The week 14/21 August must be combined with the previous or next.

Included in the shares: electricity / water / gas, bed linen/towels changed weekly, final cleaning, air conditioning (on request), entrance to the pool.
