Surrounded by well kept gardens and a short walk from the promenade and the sea, the complex consists of well equipped apartments.

Arranged on two floors and simply furnished, are equipped with telephone, Sat Tv, safe, veranda or balcony with table and chairs, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

Bilo 4- 2 rooms Apartment with 4 beds: Living room with kitchenette and two sofa beds, double bedroom, bathroom. (Possibility of 5th bed).

Bar, restaurant/pizzeria, a small playground in the woods, outdoor parking lot unattended.

SPORTS: Swimming pool (open 15/05 - 30/09) equipped with sun beds (till available), with water slide, table tennis, bowling, table football. Agreement with tennis club and soccer nearby.

CLUB CARD (compulsory from 5 years): from the 01.06 to the 15.09 beach service with 1 beach umbrella and 2 chairs, entertainment (14/06-06/09) day and night with organization of shows and games, Baby Club for children 4 / 12 years.

Stay: Saturday  check-in 5/8 pm/Saturday check-out by 10 am.

Arrivals of the 07/08: Minimum stay two weeks.

Included in the shares: electricity/water/gas, final cleaning (excluding kitchenette that has to be cleaned by the guests), bed/bath linen (weekly change).

Club Card (compulsory): € 45,00 for the adults - € 35,00 for children 5/10 years per person per week. Free for children 0/5.

Deposit against damage: € 150,00 per apartment.
