Residence 24 apartments. Gli Oleandri is a new residential complex situated on a flat ground at the extremities of a pine-wood that separates it from the sea and the beach, easy to reach on foot. The complex consists of two terraced buildings, with apartments on ground or first floor, well furnished, equipped with modern comforts. The place is also the ideal destination for excursions in the nearby seaside resorts of the coast or in the characteristic towns of the Tuscan hills.

Functional and modernly furnished, equipped with colour Tv, telephone, hairdryer, terrace with table and chairs, heating.

(Mono 3) 1 room ap. 3 beds: Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, single sofa bed, bathroom.

(Bilo A4) 2 room ap. 4 beds A: Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.

(Bilo B4) 2 room ap. 4 beds B: Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom, double equipped terrace.

Reception, lounge, unguarded car park, small children's playground. In the touristic centre of La Mazzanta it is possible to find pizzerie, restaurants, kiosks, tobacconist's, discotheques, etc.

SPORT: Swimming pool (from 17/05 to 04/10) for adults and children with beach umbrellas and deckchairs (for each apartment). Nearby tennis courts, five-a-side football football, skating rink, etc.

Check-in/check-out: Saturday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./Sat. 10 a.m.

Free check in/out for Stays before the 12/06 and after the 11/09

 

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS ( to be paid on site)

Forfait Services: € 30,00 per person per week (compulsory over 2 years of age - for the use of electricity/water/gas, Tv and telephone, access to the swimming pools for adults and children, Final cleaning.)

Final cleaning: Included in rates (Clients must clean the kitchenette or they will pay € 30,00 more).

Deposit against damage: € 100,00 per apartment.


OPTIONAL SERVICES ( to be requested during the reservation and paid on site)

Bedroom linen: € 8,00 per person per week

Bathroom linen: € 4,00 per person per week

Additional bed: Suppl. 10%

Cradle: € 15,00 per week (no supplement for cot brought by the guests - max. 1 per apartment).
