Residence Delle Gorette - Vada - Tuscany

Situated on the borders of a luxuriant pine wood, dividing the sea for approximately 150 metres, the holiday complex "Le Gorette" covers an area of 15 hectares and can offer 3 types of different accommodations: a campsite with shady pitches, as well as a rest area that allows comfortable accommodations for short stays and a brand-new residence, composed of 60 modern apartments with garden and portico or terrace, subdivided over two floors. The apartments are equipped with Tv. The vast green area makes "Le Gorette" the ideal place for a holiday of peace and relaxation.

1 room apartment - Mono 3 beds: Living area with kitchen corner and divan bed (2 single or double), bath.

2 room apartment - Bilo A4 beds: Living area with kitchen corner and divan bed (2 single or double), double room, bath.

2 room apartment - Bilo B4 beds:  Living area with kitchen corner and divan bed (2 single or double), double room, bath, double and completely equipped terrace.

The complex is provided with reception, great swimming pool with water slide, children's swimming pool (from the 15/05 to the 02/10), restaurant, pizzeria, self service, market, department store, newsstand, playground, tennis, football, beach volleyball, bowls area, shady parking.

Check-in/check-out: Sat. 5-8 p.m./Sat. 10 a.m.

Free Check-in/check-out: For all stays until 12/06 and after 11/09.

 

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS ( to be paid on site)

Additional Charges (compulsory over 2 years): € 30,00 per person per week for the use of electricity/water/gas, Tv, acces to the swimming pool and final cleaning. 

Final cleaning: Included in rates (kitchenette has to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise there will be an extra charge of € 30,00).

Deposit against damage: € 100,00 per apartment.

Bed linen: € 8,00 per person per change

Bath linen: € 4,00 per person per change

Additional bed: 10% Surcharge

Cradle: € 15,00 ( if brought by the client no extra charge, max 1 per apartment)
