Villa Mazzanta - Vada - Tuscany

Surrounded by a large park, this old mansion was recently renovated and transformed into stylish and comfortable apartments, while retaining the character  and elegance  that the house once had. Mazzanta villa is located in Mazzanta between Vada and Cecina, in the heart of the Etruscan Coast of Tuscany, a short walk from the beautiful pine forests and the sea, 400 meters away.

Located in a single building with three floors, available Lan Internet telephone, Sat Tv, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, spacious terraces and balconies (on the upstairs floors) or wide porches (ground floor), equipped with table and chairs, bathroom with shower.
There are accommodations available for the disabled.

Bilo 2/4 beds (max 3 adults + 1 child 0/12 years): Living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

Trilo 3/5 beds (max 3 adults + 2 children 0/12 years): Living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.

Trilo Superior 4/6 (max 4 adults + 2 children 0/12 years): Living room with kitchenette and dishwasher, sofa bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms one with shower and one with Jacuzzi tub and bidet.

Reception, safe, unguarded private parking, laundry room with coin operated washer and dryer, picnic areas with barbecues and tables, Mini Club (4/12 years) from 30.05 to 26.09 with qualified staff for children and swimming lessons, small playground, fax service, wireless internet network. From 01/05 to 17/10 snack-bar and elevator. On request baby sitting, medical service, reservations and organizing of daily excursions. A 600 meters walk, c / o Res Stella del Mare, is available from 30/05 to 12/09 formula club with daytime and evening entertainament, in addition to the restaurant (23/05-26/09) with excellent food, with the possibility of the  board formula linked to housing. In the center there can be found any type of service. Beach service: 450 meters away with 1 umbrella and 1 chair, 1 sun bed per apartment (from 23/05 to 20/06 and from 05/09 to 26/09) included in the price. (other periods required, extra charge to be paid on site).

SPORT: Large swimming pool Jacuzzi and baby pool (01/05-17/10), solarium with sun beds/chairs/umbrellas, fitness room (01/05-17/10) located in the Belvedere tower with 100 square meters of solarium, mountain biking city bikes (free use as long as supplies availability) animation (by Villa Mazzanta's Mini Club with swimming lessons, by Stella del Mare animation sports/entertainment). Nearby Luna Park, bicycle rental, bowling, tennis courts, go-kart track, etc..

Deposit against damage: € 150,00 per apartment.

Beach service (mandatory per week - includes an umbrella and 1 deck chair and 1 sun bed per apartment):

• From 20/06 to 27/06 and from 29/08 to 05/09: € 70,00 per week.
   
• From 27/06 to 01/08 and from 22/08 to 29/08: € 120,00 per week.
   
• From 01/08 to 23/08: € 145,00 per week.

OPTIONAL SERVICES (to be requested during the reservation and paid on site)

Half board (from 23/05 to 26/09 - drinks excluded): € 22,00 per person per day (children under 6 years 30% reduction).

Full board (from 23/05 to 26/09 - drinks excluded): € 33,00 per person per day (children up to 0/4 Free - 4/8 years 30% reduction).
