La Pieve Vecchia is an old farm, surrounded by large lawns and an olive-tree wood. The Farmhouse Complex is made up of separate buildings: the Original Hayloft houses - small yet exclusive tavern and a few rooms; the Old Stable - completely restored to house 8 modern apartments; the Ancient Farmhouse - restored carefully to contain the majority of the apartments. All restorations have been done respecting the original designs and buildings, with fine materials in order to maintain the original aspect and the ancient style. Nearby you can reach the characteristic town of Riparbella, the town centre of Cecina and the beaches of Marina di Cecina. The complexes are ideal for the most demanding clientele offering excellent facilities and complete relaxation.

The apartments are situated in the farmstead La Pieve Vecchia, furnished with taste, they are equipped with Sat Tv, safe, heating, rooms always with low beds and outdoor space, porch or balcony equipped with table and chairs; they are either on ground or first floor.

Mono2 - Studio ap. 2 beds: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom. Extra Bed or cradle not allowed.

Bilo4 - 2 room ap. 4 beds: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room and bathroom.

Bilo6 - 2 room ap. 6 beds: situated on first floor they have a living room with kitchenette and double or pull out sofa bed, loft with 2 beds, double room, bathroom.

Trilo5 - 3 room ap. 5 beds: situated in the original stable, consisting of living room with kitchenette, double room with sofa bed, twin room with low beds, bathroom.

Trilo 6 - 3 room ap. 6 beds: situated in the farmhouse on two floors with double living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed on the ground floor; stone staircase and on the first floor double room, twin room, bathroom and balcony.

Quadri8 - 4 room ap. 8 beds: situated in the farmhouse on two floors with living room, kitchenette and double sofa bed; stone staircase and on the first floor double room plus sofa bed, twin room, single room, bathroom and balcony.

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS (to be paid on site)

Additional charges (compulsory over 3 years of age): € 49,00 per person per week ( to be paid in full even for Stays of less than a week) for the use of electricity/water/gas, bed/bathroom linen, use of the swimming pool, Tv and safe in the apartment, use of the barbecue, playground and final cleaning (kitchenette has to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise there will be an extra charge of € 25,00).

Deposit against damage: € 100,00 per apartment.

Carnet Meals: € 175,00 gives you 7 meals to be had in the tavern (drinks escluded), Children till 10 years of age don't have a fixed price, but pay for what they order.
