THE BUILDING
The complex, made of two recent buildings, is situated in the residential area of Marina di Bibbona 300 mt from the long sandy beach and from the old pine-wood, and at a short distance from an equipped sport centre. The apartments, modernly furnished, are situated on first and second floor with terraces ideal to have outdoor meals. In addition, the structure operates with the bathing centre "Delfino Blu", giving the right to discounts.

Furnished with taste and in a functional way, equipped with Tv, freezer, hairdryer and terrace
1 room ap. 3/4 beds (A): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed with pull-out bed, single sofa bed, bathroom.
2 room ap. 4/5 beds (B): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed with pull-out bed, double room, bathroom.
2 room ap. 4/5 beds (C): like type B,with terrace (12 mq).

FACILITIES:
Lounge, agreement with bathing centre, car park. In the town centre you can find all kinds of facilities such as markets, restaurants, pizzerie, ice cream parlour, tobacconist's, pharmacies, doctors.
SPORT:
Swimming pool for adults and children, 1 beach umrella and 2 deckchairs per apartment; unguarded car park. Nearby, at about 700 mt, sport centre with tennis courts, five-a-side football fields, basketball, minigolf, skating rink, playground.
