Antico Borgo Casalappi
Borgo Casalappi is part of an old wine producing farm, that extends for 8 hectares near the manor and the castle. Most of the original buildings were restored without changing the old shapes and beauty of the tuscan style and are for this reason different one from the other depending on the use they had.
The estate is situated on the hills looking towards the Isle of Elba surrounded by sunflower fields, cornfields and olive tree groves and offers an all-round prospective from the cultural/artistic holiday to the relaxing type of holiday thanks to the lovely landscapes and beautyful sandy beaches of Torre Mozza, Carbonifera and Golfo di Baratti.
Borgo Casalappi is well fournished with well integrated common spaces, with small lit paths, small squares with flower beds and garden seats and a semicircular swimming pool thet oversees the entire valley.
Nearby other than a few medieval towns such as Campiglia Marittima, Suvereto and Massa Marittima there can also be found the Necropolis of Baratti and the headland of Populonia. Spa in the nearby town of Venturina.
Beach: 6 km - Centre: 5 km (Venturina) - Train Station: 5 km (Campiglia Marittima) - Airport: 88 km (Pisa).
Rooms/Apartments
Well fournished in typical Tuscan Style with Terracotta tile floor, white walls, wooden beam ceilings and brick vaults. The apartments can be on the ground or first floor sometimes even on two levels, with Tv Sat, and always with bedrooms with low bed. The Apartments are divided in:
- Standard Apartments (Type A).
- Apartments with private garden or courtyard equipped with table and chairs to eat outside (Type B)
- Apartments with Air Conditioning (Type "Plus") with extra charge to be paid on site.
Bilo 4 - 2 rooms apartment: Living room with kitchenette and twin or double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
Trilo 6 - 3 rooms apartment: Living room with kitchenette and twin or double sofa bed, double room, twin room, bathroom.
Services & Facilities
Reception, private unattended parking place, scenic solarium, small playground for children, barbecue. In the nearby towns there are all kinds of facilities such as market, pizzerie, restaurants, bars, discos, chemist's shops, medical assistance, etc.
At 32 km, the "The Tuscan Amusement Park" Il Cavallino Matto (Crazy Horse) with the convenience of purchasing tickets at a discounted price directly from the Residence.

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS ( to be paid on site )
Additional charges ( mandatory over 2 years of age and entirely due for stays of less than a week): € 42 per person per week for light/water/gas, bed and bathroom linen with weekly change, Tv, acces to the swimming pool for adults and children, games for the children, Final cleaning (the kitchenette has to be cleaned by the guests otherwise extra charge of € 25,00).
Deposit against damage: € 100 per apartment.

Midweek Bed and Bathroom linen change: € 15 per person per change.
Extra Bed: Supplement of 10%
