Residence La Gioia e Rio Grande - Principina Mare - Tuscany

THE BUILDING
The residential complexs of Rio Grande and La Gioia are situated close to a wonderful and thick pine-wood. they consists of buildings surrounded by communal gardens, where the apartments are to be found, both on ground and on first floor. They are 2 km from the free/and equipped sandy beaches. 

APARTMENTS:
Furnished with taste and in a fuctional way, they can have small garden or veranda if on the ground floor or balcony if on first floor always with table and chairs to eat outside.
B4 - 2 room ap. 4 beds/La Gioia (mq 32): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room separated from the living room by a wardrobe/wall, bathroom with shower.
T6 - 3 room ap. 4+2 beds/Rio Grande (mq 54): living/dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, twin room, bathroom with shower.

FACILITIES:
Reception office c/o Local Turist agency (9-12.30 am / 4-7.30 pm ) Car park, restaurant, pizzeria (c/o Rio Grande), bar. For the Guests of Res. La Gioia from the 06/06 to the 19/09 ( from 9.30 am to 7 pm ) acces to the 2 swimming pools ( one for  children ( parasols and deck chairs with extra charge).
SPORT:
Swimming pool, Nearby bowling, tennis, five-a-side football, horse riding.

Allowed, only of small size, in Residence La Gioia ( not in the common areas) 

Long Holiday: 21=14 & 14=10 for stays until the 05/06 and from the 18/09.
Holiday 2010 = Prices 2009

Use of Gas: E. 12 per week per apartment
Use of Water: Included
Final cleaning: E. 47 per apartment. ( kitkenette to be left cleaned or there will be an extra charge of E.25,00)
Deposit against damage: E 100,00 per apartment

Use of Electricity/gas/water from the 22.05 to the 25.09: E. 53 per week per apartment
Use of Electricity in all other periods: Meter reading E. 0.30/KwH
Use of Gas in all other periods: E. 12 per week per apartment

Final cleaning: E. 53 per apartment.( kitkenette to be left cleaned or there will be an extra charge of E.35,00)
Deposit against damage: E 100,00 per apartment
OPTIONAL SERVICES (to be requested during the reservation and to be paid on site)
Bed or bathroom linen with weekly change: E. 10,00 per person per week ( to be requested during reservations)
Additional bed: Not available
Cradle for children 0-2 years old: E. 25 per week to be requested during the reservation ( instead of a bed, not as an extra).
Pets: Only allowed by the Residence La Gioia, on request, of small size E. 50,00 per stay.
