THE BUILDING
Immersed in a characteristic green area, the Fattoria La Principina is situated in a park of 300 hectares. The estate consists of a main building and farmhouses, recently restored, where the apartments are to be found, all furnished in rustic style. An International Equestrian Centre with head office in the Residence will give to those who love horse riding the chance of practising their favourite sport.

APARTMENTS:
With independent entrances, many on ground floor with equipped garden, provided with Tv plug and private parking space.
Tipo A 4 beds: living room with kitchenette and two beds, double room closed or in mezzanine, bathroom.
Tipo B 5 beds: like type A with an additional bed.
Tipo C 6 beds: like type A with an additional double or twin room.

FACILITIES:
Reception from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. with safe, Tv room, private indoor car park, launderette, barbecue, laundry service, children's playground, restaurant and bar (July and August). In the town centre possibility of finding many facilities. Militar airport nearby.
SPORT:
2 swimming pools (open from 01/06 to 09/09; in periods A/B/C they remain closed for a few hours a week), tennis, bowling, ping pong, volleyball, five-a-side football. Equestrian centre in the estate. Bike rental.

Small pets allowed with charge.

Check-in/check-out: Saturday 5-8 p.m./Sat. 10 a.m.

Included in rates: use of electricity/water/gas, final cleaning.

Deposit: E. 160 per apartment.

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Includes use of swimming pools with deckchairs and beach umbrellas (limited availability), tennis in day time, ping-pong, bowling, five-a-side football and volleyball field.
WELNESS CARD (optional.):
€ 15 per day per person or € 40 per nr. 3 days for covered and warm swimming-pool's entrance, hydromassage, turkish Bath, fitness-room.
