The resort consists of a main building, completely restored, where the rooms, a few apartments and the traditional restaurant are located. In addition there is a newly built area which houses the rest of the apartments. Nearby, following short paths, you can reach the charachteristic town of Pomaia and Rosignano Marittimo, and the beaches of Vada and Castiglioncello. Furnished with taste and simple elegance, with attention to detail, the apartments are situated either on ground or on first floor, and can sometimes be internally divided on two floors some of them with balcony or patio and outdoor space equipped with table and chairs.

Type Trilo 6 beds: 3 rooms apartment, living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, twin room with low beds, bathroom.

Type Trilo 6 beds DS: As Trilo 6 with  2 bathrooms.

Reception, restaurant with typical Tuscan cuisine, bar, children's playground, meeting room, car park. Barbecue, launderette, bicycle rental and mountain bikes also available. In the nearby towns you can find markets, pizzerias, restaurants, discotheques, pharmacies, medical services, etc.
Available food and wine tour in a winery of Montescudaio, with tastings o oil and wine accompanied with typical Tuscan products.
At 37 km, the "The Tuscan Amusement Park" Il Cavallino Matto (Crazy Horse) with the convenience of purchasing tickets at a discounted price directly from the Residence.

SPORT: Swimming pool for adults and children (open from the 29/04 to the 07/10), ping-pong.

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS (To be paid on site)

Additional charges (compulsory over 3 years of age): € 49,00 per person per week for the use of electricity/water/gas, bed/bathroom linen, Tv, acces to the swimming pools and to the playground, use of the barbecue, final cleaning.(kitchenette has to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise there will be an extra charge of € 25,00)

Deposit against damage: € 100,00 per apartment.

Bed/bathroom linen (midweek change): € 15,00 per person and change.
