In addition there is a newly built area which houses the rest of the apartments. Nearby, following short paths, you can reach the charachteristic town of Pomaia and Rosignano Marittimo, and the beaches of Vada and Castiglioncello. The Hotel is situated in the main building the original farmhouse, where there can be fount a small hall and a lift. The rooms can be on the ground, first or second floor, all furnished in the typical tuscan style but all different one from the other. Bed and breackfast or half board ( in the restaurant) accomodations only.

Reception, restaurant with typical Tuscan cuisine, bar, children's playground, meeting room, car park. Barbecue, launderette, bicycle rental and mountain bikes also available. In the nearby towns you can find markets, pizzerias, restaurants, discotheques, pharmacies, medical services, etc.

At 37 km, the "The Tuscan Amusement Park" Il Cavallino Matto (Crazy Horse) with the convenience of purchasing tickets at a discounted price directly from the Residence.
