Residence Villaggio Solidago after the renovation of a historic archittettonic complex  of national interest and is situated in the area of Calambrone bordering the National Park St. Rossore Massaciuccoli. It is located directly  on the stretch of sand next to the dunes where blooms the "Solidago", typical plant of the area of a beautiful yellow color. A few kilometers from the center of Tirrenia and strategically placed to reach  the most important tourist destinations of Tuscany. It consists of a central building where they are located as well as some apartments, the reception office, and the services available to guests. The complex is then extended for two building wings that stretch out towards the sea giving the real estate units breath and brightness.

Bilo A4 - 2 rooms Apartment with 4 beds type A: all on the first floor without a balcony, have a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom. Possibility of additional bed or cot.

Bilo B4 2 rooms Apartment with 4 beds type B: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double room, bathroom, garden or terrace. Possibility of additional bed or cot.

Reception, bar/ice cream shop, restaurant, pizzeria, a fully equipped fitness and relax center, laundromat, Pharmaceuticals, spa/beauty, private parking. Possibility of convention with the bathing establishment "Tirreno 2000" for rental of beach umbrellas and deck chairs and sun beds. In the center of Tirrenia you can find all kind of services such as supermarket, bars, pubs, pizzerias, restaurants, newsagents, tobacconists, pubs, laundries, clubs, wellness centers, medical clinics, etc..
At 70 km, the "The Tuscan Amusement Park" Il Cavallino Matto (Crazy Horse) with the convenience of purchasing tickets at a discounted price directly from the Residence.

Package Services (required for 4 years and entirely due to stay less than a week): € 49,00 per person per week includes consumption of water/gas and electricity, linen and towels changed weekly, TV in the apartment, access to swimming pools for adults and children, playground area, No. 1 allocated parking space in private parking, final cleaning. The cleaning of the kitchen is the responsibility of the customer; otherwise will be charged an additional € 30.00).

Deposit against damage: € 100 per apartment.
